我已经努力了几个月,想要通过我的 X 账号推广 Waitfast(waitfast.netlify.app)——一个快速构建等待名单的免费工具。

I’ve been grinding on growing my X account to promote Waitfast (waitfast.netlify.app)—a free tool to build waitlists fast—for months, and some days it feels like I’m yelling into the void. Nobody’s liking, replying, or signing up, and I’m burned out. But I’ve figured out a few tricks to keep going:
Set Tiny Wins: I break it into micro-goals, like “post one Waitfast update today” or “reply to 5 X users once.” Hitting those feels good, even if the big picture’s slow.
Talk to People: I hop on X, ask random indie hackers or makers what they’d want in a waitlist tool like Waitfast. Even if they don’t engage, the feedback keeps me pumped.
Track Progress, Not Just Followers: I log every little improvement—new posts, tiny comments, whatever. Seeing a list of wins reminds me I’m moving forward, even if follows are slow.
Take Breaks: When I’m stuck, I step away—go for a walk, watch a show, play a game. Coming back fresh helps me see my X strategy differently. It’s not glamorous, but it’s keeping me in the game. Last week, I got one new follower after months, and it felt huge.
How do you stay motivated growing your X or other platforms? Any tips to share?
