问HN：新窗口从何而来
给这里最资深的老前辈们提个UI问题：<p>为什么“新建窗口”功能在“文件”菜单中，而不在“窗口”菜单里？这是不是源于PARC时代的习惯？<p>EMACS的快捷键在缓冲区、窗口、文件和框架方面相当一致，但菜单……唔。
