Hi, I’m looking for a true “client relationship management” platform (not sales funnel centric). I thought for sure there’d be a number of modern options to Salesforce.<p>Still looking, but I’m not finding anything that impresses me.<p>RelateIQ was probably one of the last impressive alternatives, which is why Salesforce acquired it.<p>I'm very versed in Salesforce (previous admin and SFDC business analyst), and actually like what it does, but was hoping to find something fresh.<p>Any suggestions on something you really like?<p>What do you love about it?<p>What don't you like about it?
