我在目前的公司工作了十多年，专注于ServiceNow开发。对这个平台的所有知识都了如指掌，但我想转向一些非ServiceNow的工作，可能是全栈或后端开发。
当我查看职位时，看到那些职位所需的专业技能让我感到畏惧。我觉得我可能不得不大幅降薪，或者只能局限于ServiceNow领域。

Been at my current company over a decade doing ServiceNow development. Know all there is to know about the platform and want to switch to something non-ServiceNow, maybe full-stack or back-end work.<p>When I'm looking at job roles, it's daunting when I don't have the expertise required for those roles. I feel like I'd have to take a major pay cut or be constrained to the SN space.<p>Any advice?
