- 能够在初创公司和早期产品环境中独立工作

Position: Remote Only
Pay Range: $30 - $50 depending on skills<p>We are seeking a skilled Backend or FullStack Tech Lead and DevOps engineer to join our team in to help us build our next generation chat interface for automating both AI/LLM to user and user to user interactions.<p>Responsibilities:
- Managing both coding of this project and infrastructure, using Dokku/Docker on Linux servers.
- You will have to deal with provisioning deployments, setting up and automating ssl certificates, system monitoring.
- You will be responsible for writing scalable software and server scaling.
- You will be not only be responsible for the Ops side, but working on specific dev for this part of the project.
- Ability to direct and help other backend and frontend devs on your team.<p>Required Skills:
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Expertise in Ruby on Rails and Sidekiq software stack
- Solid experience with PostgreSQL
- Experience using multiple API's and webhooks -- strongly preferred if you have experience with Stripe payments & payouts
- Experience in building both scalable and performant REST API code
- Comfortable working autonomously in a startup and early-stage product environment<p>Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with or integrating 3rd-party APIs dealing with SMS, content delivery, auth.
- Experience scaling transactional platforms or working in creator economy tools
- Experience with analytics, growth experimentation, or working with product data
- Experience with Redis
