进行电路板质量控制的公司应对未能履行责任承担相应的责任。
我就是搞不懂。我不断看到需要修理的产品，制造商提供了焊接点，但组装工却不焊接，结果就坏了。如果是内部零件也许可以理解，但很多都是USB和HDMI接口。此外，为什么这么多充电器缺少一半的安全电路？质量控制真的会放行这些东西吗？如果是这样，质量真的下降了。我看到一个“质量控制合格”的贴纸贴在一个短路的塑料模具上，而这个模具正好被贴纸遮住，真是让人哭笑不得。任何质量控制怎么会对他们的测试样品半组装就满意呢，我实在无法理解。我能想到的唯一解释是，人们从一些不靠谱的地方订购，这些地方在租来的空间里运营30天，然后就搬到另一个城市换个名字。难道不是这样吗？没有合法的商家能逃脱这种情况吧……？至少，我希望不是！

I just don't get it. I keep seeing product after product that I have to repair, the manufacturer supplies those points for soldering and YET the assemblers don't solder it, it breaks. If its an internal part MAYBE, but many of these are USB and HDMI ports. Also, why the heck are so many chargers missing half of the safety circuit? Does QC really ok this stuff, if so quality really has gone down. I see a "QC OK" sticker stuck to a shorted plastic mold which is covered by the sticker LOL. How any Quality Control would be OK with their test piece being half-assembled is beyond me. The only thing I can think of is that people are ordering from shady places that operate in a rented space for 30 days and then move to another city and change names. Gotta be right? no legit business could get away with this...? At least, I hope not!
