最近我们组织内有一个职位空缺,收到的精心制作的简历数量令人惊讶,质量真的很高。<p>这本身就带来了挑战,因为我们需要以某种方式筛选数百份简历。<p>然而在面试中,很明显有些人并不知道如何深入探讨话题。<p>对话显得非常不自然,且充满了“流行词”。<p>事实上,我相信其中一些人是在直接从某个AI提示中“读取”内容,以“准备”面试。<p>我知道招聘对双方来说一直很困难,但可能在AI的帮助下,信号与噪声的比率似乎变得非常失衡。<p>人们都在做些什么呢?

Recently we had an opening in our organization, the amount of very well crafted CVs we received it's crazy, they are really good.<p>Which imposes a challenge in itself, since we have to filter 100s of CVs for a role somehow.<p>Then in the interviews, it's clear that the person doesn't know how to go deep on the topics.<p>The conversation feels very unnatural, and very "buzzword driven".<p>In fact I am convinced that some of them are straight out reading from some AI prompt that "prepared" them for the interview.<p>I know hiring has always been difficult for both sides, but probably with AI's help the signal:noise ratio seems way out of the whack.<p>What have people been doing ?
