我在过去的18个月里一直在积极找工作，但运气不佳。我申请了许多职位，包括直接申请和偶尔通过招聘人员申请。这些职位与我的现有技能（使用Java、React或Angular开发的Web应用程序、微服务、K8s、分布式消息、ETL等）非常接近，但都没有收到回复。
我注册了多个招聘网站（如Indeed、ZipRecruiter、JobBoutique、JobHire.ai等），但只收到一些误导性的“X对你感兴趣！”的垃圾邮件。我不确定他们是从哪里获取数据的，但似乎质量非常低。我现在只选择直接申请，偶尔通过LinkedIn申请。
不久前，我在LinkedIn上展示可用性时，一周内会有10个招聘人员向我提供职位。现在却是这样。我并不反对更加努力地寻找工作，但现在连一个普通的公司职位面试都拿不到，更不用说其他更有趣的工作了。

I've been actively looking for a job for the last 18 months, and having no luck. I've applied for many roles, both directly and, occasionally, through recruiters. All of these roles were very close to my existing skillset (webapps with Java, React or Angular, microservices, k8s, distributed messaging, ETL, etc), but recieved no response.<p>I've signed up for various job boards (indeed, ziprecruiter, jobboutique, jobhire.ai, etc) and I only get misleading "X is interested in you!" spam email from them. I'm not sure where or how they get their data, but it seems very low quality. I've taken to only applying directly or, on occasion, through LinkedIn.<p>Not that long ago I would have 10 recruiters with offers in a week of showing availability on LinkedIn. Now this. I'm not averse to working harder to find a role, but now I can't even get an interview for a heads-down corporate job, let alone anything more interesting.<p>Any help or advice appreciated.
