我一直在使用Uber预订乘车,但日期选择的界面设计得很糟糕,最后的过程显示一个空白的白屏,而请求已经成功预订。
我尝试自己在帮助页面上搜索,然后通过Perplexity进行搜索(按照指示操作但没有成功)。
我觉得很奇怪,我们无法对这样的应用程序提出建议。
有没有人知道如何向Uber报告问题和/或提出改进建议?

Hello,<p>I’ve been using Uber to pre-book a ride but the interface is badly designed for the date selection and at the end of the process, it shows a blank white screen while the request have been well booked.<p>I’ve tried to search on the help pages on my own and then searched through Perplexity (followed the instructions ziti no success).<p>I found it quite odd that we can’t anymore make some suggestions on such an application.<p>Does anyone know how to report an issue and/or improvement for Uber?<p>Thanks.
