I'm sure you're well aware of the dire state of the UK, I've had enough of this country and the ever lowering standard of living.<p>I've been applying for roles at US companies, I'd consider myself a pretty strong SRE/Platform Engineer, but I realise that being located here is probably going to be a massive barrier, especially with H1Bs being under the spotlight recently.<p>So I am just wasting my time, or is there something I can do to stand out?
