问HN:在合作两年后,如何与(50/50)合伙人分手?
我和我的联合创始人(首席执行官)已经合作超过两年了,但我对他完全失去了信心,不相信他有能力担任首席执行官。我对他进行销售的能力没有任何信心,而且我也不喜欢目前的工作方式。我们在过去一年里一直停滞不前。我尝试了很多方法来改变这种情况,但我真的不想继续和他合作。
现在我们有了一些投资者、收入、实习生和合作协议等。
最近我们解雇了一位前联合创始人,并签署了一份新的合作协议。我没有仔细查看,但上面写着归属期从大约六个月前开始,而不是两年半。因此,技术上来说,如果我现在离开,我将失去一切。而且,为什么我必须离开呢?我对他不满意,对吧?
我从未经历过这种情况,现在寻求建议……

I have been with my co-founder(CEO) for more than 2 years now and I just completely lost faith in him and I don't believe is he capable of being a CEO, I don't have any confidence left in him to do sales and I don't like the way things have been working out. We have been stagnating for the last year. I tried many things to change the situation and I just don't want to keep going with him.<p>Now we have some investors, revenue, interns partnership agreement,etc.<p>Recently we let go of one of the late co-founders and we signed a new partnership agreement and I didn't check but it says that vesting period starts from like 6 months ago. Instead of 2.5 years.
So technically If I leave now I would loose everything. Also Why do i have to leave when I'm not happy with him, right?<p>Never been in this situation and I'm looking for advise...<p>Thank you
