My inbox is a mess from signing up for every new tool and service. It's filled with everything from password resets to marketing emails I'll never read. I'm sure I'm not the only one.<p>How do you all handle this? Do you use aliases, a separate "junk" account, or something else entirely? I'm curious to hear what strategies everyone has come up with.
