自疫情前以来我就没有招聘过。我对这种作弊行为感到震惊。如果我进行10次面试,10个人都会使用人工智能。我本以为情况会是这样的。 但接下来事情变得有些反乌托邦…… 有两次面试中,面试者看起来像模特,简历也不错(但不会太过于完美),但他们的嘴巴偶尔会出现卡顿。他们的英语口音也不标准。 在我看来,有一些团队正在使用完全由人工智能代理进行的面试。例如,从发送简历到回复,再到实际的视频面试。 如何识别他们呢?如果问一些长而复杂的问题,他们能准确回答。如果问一些简单短小的问题,他们就会失败。 例如:“9的平方根是多少”对他们来说是一个极具挑战性的问题。他们会要求你重复问题,并在大约5秒后回答“3”。但这会让面试官感到恐慌,他们会迅速离开。

I haven&#x27;t hired since precovid. I am just aghast at the cheating. If I have 10 interviews, 10 will use AI. I assumed this would be the case.<p>But then things turn dystopian...<p>There were 2 interviews where the person looked like a model, had resumes that looked good (but not too good), but their mouth would glitch from time to time. Their voice wasn&#x27;t perfect US english etc.<p>IMHO, there is a few crews using FULL ai agent interviews. EG. From resume sending, to replying, to an ACTUAL in video interview.<p>How to catch them? If ask long complex questions, they will nail the answer. If you ask short easy questions they fail.<p>EG: &quot;What is the square root of 9&quot; is an extremely hard challenge for them. They will ask you to repeat the question, and wait about 5 seconds to say &quot;3&quot;. But it causes fear to the operator and they quickly leave.
