正如标题所示，我想了解除了通过GitHub、邮件列表等明确搜索这些项目之外，还有哪些方法可以获取这些信息。例如，我希望能够有一个列表，可以按技术栈或领域（如用户界面、密码学等）进行筛选。

As the title suggests, I’d like to know what are the methods for finding out this information, apart from explicitly searching such projects via GH, mailing lists etc.
E.g. would like to have a list, which I could filter by tech stack or area (UI, cryptography…)
