苹果App Store审核混乱

我有一个地理锁定的应用程序，如果用户超出法律管辖区，就会被引导到一个启动画面。
我感觉审核人员是按每个审核付费的，主要是因为他们没有阅读说明，而是在遇到第一个障碍时就直接拒绝审核。如果他们花时间阅读说明并观看教学视频，就不会出现问题。
我必须多次提交我的应用程序进行审核，希望能碰上一个真正阅读说明的人。这真是太疯狂了。

I was curious how other app developers that publish apps to the App Store manage the review process.<p>I have a geolocked app that kicks users to a splash screen if they're out of the legal jurisdiction.<p>I get the feeling app reviewers are paid per review mainly because they aren't reading the instructions, and just rejecting the review as soon as they reach the first hurdle. If they took the time to read the instructions and watch the instructional video there would be no issue.<p>I have to submit my app for review multiple times before I hopefully get lucky with someone who actually reads the instructions. It's crazy.<p>Do others have a similar experience?
