至少需要一个256x256x256毫米的打印体积。设备需要是封闭式或可封闭的。需要能够使用更耐用、耐高温/耐化学品的材料进行打印，例如PC/尼龙/ABS或复合材料。我不需要打印多材料模型。我更倾向于不需要联网且可以离线工作的设备。开源固件/软件和可维修性非常重要。
我可以组装机器并学习如何调试。我可以进行CAD设计并手工制作模型；我曾是一名机械师。但我对“切片”软件还不是很熟悉。

At least a 256x256x256mm print volume. Needs to be enclosed or enclosable. Need to be able to print with more durable, temperature/chemical resistant materials such as PC/Nylon/ABS or infused materials. I do not need to print multi material models. I would prefer something that doesn't phone home and can work offline. Opensource firmware/software and repairability are important.<p>I am ok assembling the machine and learning how to dial it in. I can do CAD work and make models by hand; I was a machinist in a past life. But, I am not very familiar with 'slicer' software yet.
