Hey everyone,<p>After a lot of work, I'm thrilled to announce that MyChefGPT.com is officially live and ready to take your cooking recipe requests!<p>I built this because I kept running into two problems:<p>Staring into the fridge with a random assortment of ingredients and no idea what to make.<p>Wanting to cook something specific, but needing the recipe in my native language or measurement system.<p>MyChefGPT solves this by letting you generate personalized recipes in two ways:<p>Idea Mode: Input a dish idea (like "spicy vegan chili") and let the AI build it.<p>Ingredient Mode: Dump in a list of ingredients you have (e.g., "chicken, rice, broccoli, soy sauce") and see what it creates!<p>Key Features:<p>Truly Multilingual: Generates recipes and instructions in 50 different languages (from English and Spanish to Thai and Arabic).<p>Metric/Imperial: Toggle between metric and imperial measurements instantly.<p>Recipe History: Log in to save your successful recipes in a personal history.<p>It's currently leveraging a powerful LLM to get detailed, well-structured, and (hopefully) delicious results.<p>I'd love for the HN community to break it, try some wild combinations, and tell me what you think.
