据我所知，通常认为（但似乎没有在法庭上进行过测试）大型语言模型（LLMs）不能被赋予版权，而由LLMs生成的作品的版权也不能仅仅因为某个人参与其中而被其主张。<p>未来是否会出现大量合法属于公共领域的代码呢？

AFAIK it's generally assumed (but not(?) tested in court, that LLMs can't be assigned copyright, and that copyright for work generated by LLMs can't be claimed by a human just for being in the loop.<p>Is there going to be an avalanche of code that is legally in the public domain, going forward?
