I am a tech founder, and our team consists of three founders with equal equity. The VC has repeatedly addressed only the founder who holds the CEO title, arranging calls and directing communications to him alone. He was invited to an event while the other cofounders were not. This behaviour is disrespectful to the entire founding team and undermines our sense of partnership and governance.<p>I am fuming. Am I crazy?
