问HN：你们在面试中如何应对明显使用AI助手的情况？
我在目前的职位上面试技术候选人，发现AI助手/覆盖工具在面试中出现的频率相对较高。我招聘的职位是高级发布工程师，即使是那些看起来合格的候选人，也明显在阅读提示。我之所以说明显，有两个原因：
1. 我可以看到他们在阅读。他们的眼睛来回移动，很明显他们在看东西。
2. 他们从不停止讲话。通常，要从工程师那里获得答案需要提出一个合理的问题，并有明确的目的。而我却得到了即时的回答，且这些回答都有经过深思熟虑的多点理由。
所以……我一旦发现这种情况就会立即拒绝这些候选人。其他人是怎么处理这个问题的呢？

I've been interviewing for technical candidates in my current role, and I'm seeing what I believe is a relatively high rate of AI assistants/overlays during interviews. The role I'm hiring for is a Sr. Release Engineer, and even (what appear to be) qualified candidates are showing up obviously reading from prompts. I say obviously for two reasons:<p>1. I can SEE them reading. Their eyes go back and forth, and it's clear they are reading.<p>2. They NEVER stop talking. Normally getting answers out of engineers requires a legitimate question with a sound purpose. I'm getting _immediate_ answers with well thought out, multi-point rationale.<p>So...I'm rejecting all of those candidates the instant I detect it. How are everyone else doing this?
