Hi,<p>As of April 4 at 12pm PT / 8pm BST, we’re enforcing the policy we shared previously: third-party harnesses, including OpenClaw, no longer draw from your Claude subscription usage limits. To keep using them with your Claude account, you’ll need to turn on extra usage.<p>If this change doesn’t work for how you use Claude, you can cancel your subscription and get an automatic refund. To do so, click this link from a web browser and click “Cancel and refund” before April 9. Note that this link will not work in the Claude mobile app. If you subscribed through Apple, please request your refund directly through Apple’s refund support.<p>A few reminders from our previous note:
Your one-time extra usage credit (equal to your monthly plan price) is available to redeem by April 17.
Discounted extra usage bundles are now live, up to 30% off API sticker price.
