Hey HN, I have been seeing this happen quite frequently ever since Opus 4.7 and I have no clue what triggers it, it seems to be totally random.<p>"API Error: Claude Code is unable to respond to this request, which appears to violate our Usage Policy (https://www.anthropic.com/legal/aup).
