我知道现在的就业市场相当严峻，但我还是在想。<p>作为一名非洲人，西方公司是否有可能雇佣我，或许是远程工作？<p>我曾被像Mercor这样的网站吸引，它们提供不错的远程工作机会，但我发现它们大多只是想要我的个人信息。<p>我是否有可能找到工作，还是说我应该尝试创业，主要专注于将西方市场上成功的创意复制到非洲市场？

I know the job marker is pretty rough these days, but still, I'm wondering.<p>Is it possible for a western company to hire me, as an African, perhaps remotely?<p>I have been lured by websites like Mercor, etc... offering nice remote work, but I figured out that they mostly wanted my data.<p>Is it possible for me to get hired at all or should I just try entrepreneurship and mainly focus on copying ideas that worked in the western world for the African market?
