I am consulting (software engineering) at two companies. At one company everyone is free to choose their preferred AI model while at the other the company imposes a strict AI policy that limits use to a single model.<p>From my perspective, the company where everyone can choose their own model has seen much higher adoption but there are regular discussions about which model to use and when.<p>Does your employer impose a strict AI policy or is everyone free to pick and choose?
