大家好，我和这个家伙已经合作了两个月。他是技术合伙人，我们是在网上认识的。他经验丰富，知识渊博，还经历过YC（创业孵化器）。
问题是，他的性格和我非常不同。
他非常内向，话不多。而我则完全相反，我是外向型，永远精力充沛，总是说话和微笑。
尽管我们在某些事情上有不同的看法，但我们合作得很好，我认为这很正常，这就是应该有的状态。

hey y'all, I've been working with this guy for the past 2 months. He is the technical co-founder and we met online. He has great experience, very knowledgeable, and gone through YC.<p>The problem is, he is very different from me in terms of personality.<p>He is really introvert, and doesn't speak very much. I'm completely the opposite. I'm extrovert, always hyperactive, always talking and smiling.<p>We work well together, even though we have different views on some stuff, but I mean it's normal, it's how it's supposed to be.<p>The problem is I feel like we are not like friends, in terms that our relationship is strictly related to work. What should I do?
