我来自印度。需要一些真诚的建议。
我有超过一年的全职远程工作经验，为美国和英国的公司工作。自毕业以来，我一直在Upwork上作为自由职业者与国际客户合作，已经有三年了。然后在2024年开始全职工作。
我在2025年4月失去了我在英国公司的全职职位，那个职位是远程工作的。
从那时起，我又开始了自由职业，并在寻找新的全职职位，无论是在印度的现场工作、国际远程工作还是签证工作，但已经快一年半了，仍然没有找到合适的职位。
在自由职业方面，我也没有获得像2024年前那样的合同。
市场真的这么糟糕吗？还是我做了什么愚蠢的事情，现在面临困境？
我不想再浪费时间，如果在目前的情况下真的没有可能性，我会专注于创业或深造，而不是申请工作。
我愿意接受批评，只想知道现在到底出了什么问题。

I am from India. Need a genuine advice.<p>I have 1+ year full time experience working remotely for companies in US and UK.<p>Since graduation I have been working as freelancer on Upwork with all international clients and it's been 3 years. Then started working full time in 2024<p>I lost my full time role in April 2025 where I was working for a company in UK remotely.<p>Since then I started freelancing again and looking for new full time roles whether in India onsite, internationally remote or on visa but it's been close to 1.5 years and still not able to find a role.<p>Neither in freelancing I am getting any contracts as I was getting before 2024.<p>Is the market really this bad or did I do something really stupid and facing a deadend now?<p>I don't want to waste time anymore and if something is really impossible at current stage I will focus on business or higher education except applying for job.<p>I am open to criticism, just want to know what actually is wrong right now.
